Annual Gifts of Christmas Donation Program

Execulink is celebrating the festive season with its annual Gifts of Christmas donation program. Throughout the month of December, non-profit organizations and charities are being surprised with a holiday donation.

Emergency Shelter Fundraising Campaign in Oxford County

Execulink is committed to supporting its local communities. That is why we made our first 2021 community donation to the Coldest Night of the Year initiative in Woodstock, a fundraising campaign to support The Inn, Oxford's Homeless Shelter.

Three Deserving Students Receive Post-Secondary Scholarships

As part of their annual Scholarship Program, Execulink has awarded three deserving students with $500 scholarships to support them on their way to post-secondary education.

Aid to Local Food Banks During COVID-19 Pandemic

Execulink Telecom has announced donations totalling $5,000 to food bank organizations in many of its service communities in Oxford, Norfolk, Lambton, and Middlesex Counties.

Royal Canadian Legion and Remembrance Day Donation

The Royal Canadian Legion received $1,000 from Execulink for Remembrance Day in 2020. Four local Ontario branches of the Legion in Port Dover, Tillsonburg, Thedford, and Woodstock received a donation for the annual Poppy Fund Campaign in support of veterans.

The following guidelines will help you submit a request for support or sponsorship of your activity. Please read
through the guidelines carefully to determine whether your request fits within our guidelines.

Execulink telecom’s support is driven by our Vision, Mission and Values with a specific focus on the following identified key areas of focus.

(Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) educational activities and events.

Youth

We value the importance of investing in our community's future adults!

Active Living

We love to support initiatives that better the physical health of our neighbourhoods.

We are Happy to Donate to...

Projects, programs and organizations that align with Execulink Telecom’s identified areas of focus.

Organizations that are charities registered with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Projects or programs that take place in communities where Execulink Telecom operates.

Organizations that advocate for a healthy lifestyle.

We Respectfully Decline...

In today’s world, appeals for support grow annually in number and variety. While recognizing these growing needs, we realize that we cannot support every request we receive.

We identify key areas of giving dependent on the needs of our communities. We make sure that we spread our support to both the large and small Execulink communities. All requests are reviewed and considered very carefully.

  • Individual pursuits
  • Multi-year projects or commitments
  • Religious organizations, with the exception of secular activities open to those of all faiths
  • Donations to political or advocacy groups
  • Endowment or capital campaigns
  • Travel-related events, including student trips or tours

Donation Request Form

Please make your donation request 10-12 weeks in advance of your activity and indicate how Execulink will be acknowledged. Execulink will approve all promotional, advertising and/or logo use. Preference will be given to applications that meet the company’s key areas of focus (see above).

To request a corporate donation, please register using the form below. Execulink Telecom commits to providing a response or a status update within 6 weeks of receipt of the request.
