Execulink has partnered with Prime Management Group Inc. in the exciting search effort of a Vice President of Customer Care to join their dynamic and growing team.  Far from a standard sales and marketing leadership role, this Vice President will work within a successful entrepreneurial and client focused environment where their depth and breadth in sales, marketing and sustainable customer/call centre service impacts all aspects and departmental areas of current and future client service delivery.  Reporting to the President, and as a critical and valued member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President of Customer Care will also focus on providing exceptional leadership to the Customer Service team, while developing and executing on industry leading quality standards that will promote a superior level client service experience.      

While providing supportive and empowering leadership and coaching to the Customer Service team, the Vice President of Customer Care will also provide strategic vision and oversight to the development of plans and continuous improvement strategies which will enhance existing customer support processes/procedures, while promoting future market growth and the continued retention of valued clients and business partners.    

In this newly created senior management position, the Vice President of Customer Care will utilize their exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster and build trusting and respectful relationships with the senior leadership team, Customer Service team and high profile business clients and partners.  

As a result of their contributions and experience, the Vice President of Customer Care will be rewarded in an environment that promotes the key values of integrity, respect, and a focus on employee success and development. The successful candidate will hold a relevant university degree in Business (or other related field) with at least 10 years of strategic customer service and senior leadership experience in a similar type of position.  This successful senior leader must also have proven experience in the ability to develop, promote, and foster highly collaborative cross-functional employee and business partnerships and relationships. A background in project management, strategic planning and customer service focused, continuous improvement initiatives/programs would be preferred.

About the Opportunity

  • Maintain and grow your existing book of business.
  • Sell telecommunications services to small and medium sized businesses through warm and cold calling, responding to inbound calls and web inquiries, as well as outbound calling campaigns in order to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Present and close the sale of unique solutions based on customer needs.
  • Manage the sales cycle for all opportunities.
  • Provide “Over the Top” customer service
  • Work from the Woodstock location with core hours Monday-Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM with the occasional attendance required at evening networking events.

What You Offer

About the Opportunity

  • Grow Mobility customer base/revenue
  • Provide mobility troubleshooting
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas through inbound calls, web inquiries and outbound calling campaigns
  • Ensure timely and accurate data is maintained in our customer database
  • Complete mobility porting requests and ensure proper provisioning of the mobility service
  • Completion of daily tasks and emails related to mobility
  • Opening trouble tickets and working with customers to resolve service issues
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
  • Work from the Woodstock location on shift rotations Monday-Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM and 10:30 to 7:00PM
  • Analyze customer information, provide recommendations on possible improvements to products and services and offer long-term solutions to retain customers

You Offer

  • 1-2 years mobility experience
  • Experience selling telecom or technology based products or services
  • Successful past performance in selling with preference given to telephone phone sales in a call centre environment
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting experience is an asset
