How Does it Work?
When an existing customer ("Referrer") refers a friend, family member, or neighbour ("Referee") to Execulink, they’ll receive a $50 bill credit—as long as both meet the eligibility requirements.
Share your Referral Code
You can find your referral code on MyExeculink on the Account Summary page or the Helpful Hints sidebar. Share it with friends and families.
Upon signing up with one of Execulink’s Internet packages, your friend can use the referral code by either giving it to the sales agent, or adding it to their online order.
Once the referee’s second bill is paid, a one-time $50 credit will be applied to the referrer’s account. Repeat with a new referee as many times as possible!

Eligibility Requirements
These are the requirements necessary to be eligible as a referrer or a referee.
Referrer Requirements
You must be a current residential or business customer.
Your account must be in good standing with no overdue balance.
Referree Requirements
They must use the referral code when placing their order.
They must be a new Execulink Internet customer. A customer is considered “new” if they have had no service for at least the past 90 days.

How do I send my friend/family my referral code?
Once you obtain your referral code from your MyExeculink account, you can copy and paste it to send the link via text, email, or social media to your referee.
How do I check if a referral code has been redeemed?
You can check if a referral code has been redeemed by logging into MyExeculink and clicking on My Account and Summary. A list of your referrals and their redeem status will be listed below.
Who can I refer?
You can refer family, friends, neighbours, or even someone you just met.
How many friends can I refer?
Your unique referral code can be shared with as many people as you like. However, referral credits do not stack in the same month. Each successful referral will give you another $50 credit applied individually.
What if my friend, family member, or neighbour is already an Execulink customer?
To qualify for a referral credit, your referee must be a new Execulink customer who provides your unique referral code at checkout. A customer is considered new if it has been at least 90 days since their last service or vacation status with Execulink.
What is MyExeculink and how do I set it up?
MyExeculink is our customer portal where you can check your account balance, view monthly usage, modify services, and access your referral code. Visit www.myexeculink.ca and follow the instructions on the screen.
When can I expect my credit?
After your referee activates a new Execulink business or residential internet plan and completes two full months of service, you will receive a $50 credit on your third invoice. There is no cash value in this program. If you cancel your service, the credit will not be paid out as a refund.
Does the program have an end date?
Execulink may end or change the Refer-A-Friend program at any time without notice and without obligation to award referral credits.
